Thank you to everyone who filled out a satisfaction survey for us. Here is a summary of the results.

 89% of you felt that you had a reasonable wait time to obtain an appointment the last time you were sick or were concerned you had a health problem and needed to see the Nurse Practitioner.

54% of you were able to see a Nurse Practitioner on the same or next day when you called and needed to see your Nurse Practitioner because of sickness or a health problem  (the Ontario average is 39.9% and Central LHIN average is 43.1%).

96% of you felt that your Nurse Practitioner always or often involved you, as much as you wanted to be, in decisions about your care and treatment.

86% of you said you were able to see your own NP when you were sick or concerned you had a health problem.

99% of you rated your experience with Georgina Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic as excellent or very good.

60% of you were aware that in the past year, the GNPLC ran the following programs:

• Diabetes Conversations
• Mind Your Mood
• GLA:D Osteoarthritis Program
• Women’s Wellness
• Chronic Pain Self Management
• Infant CPR
